The Huntington’s Disease Memorial Quilts are a powerful and beautiful reminder of
the terrible impact of Huntington's Disease on all of our lives.
The Quilts are available on a loan-basis from the
HDSF for any Huntington's Disease fund raiser or awareness event on a "first-asked-first choice" basis.
Any HDSA Chapter, Support Group, Center of Excellence or HD family supporting a HD awareness, educational
or fundraiser event may request a Quilt for their event.
The Quilts make a very visible statement to those attending
your event. They represent a most poignant and powerful statement of the love, hope and faith of the entire worldwide HD community!

is no cost, except for shipping and insurance, to have one of the Quilts at your next event! For instructions for obtaining

Application
Donations help defray the cost of maintaining and protecting
the Huntington's Disease Memorial Quilts and for assembling and protecting all future sections. Only actual costs for this
maintenance are used from donations received.
At the end of each year, any unused funds are donated to the Huntington's Disease Convention Scholarship Fund. This fund helps send people from any Huntington's Disease
Internet Support Groups to an HDSA National Convention who, due to financial hardship, would otherwise be unable
to attend.
